As a seasoned special educator with deep experience and expertise in Special Education law, I support district and school building leaders in navigating complex educational systems to create, implement, and maintain inclusive education programs. Together, using highly-effective and evidence-based inclusive solutions, we can ensure compliance, reduce barriers for students with diverse learning needs, and ultimately ensure equal access to a high-quality, inclusive, and equitable education.
In collaboration with school leaders, I apply an innovative and data-driven approach to customize services in order to meet individual school needs and improve school performance. Expert advising includes program evaluation, school operations, curriculum development, teacher evaluation, student assessment, instructional support, and leadership development. I help schools develop and implement meaningful systems for school-wide student support programs that not only help help level the playing field for students with disabilities and multi-language learners, but that raise the achievement of all students.
